Cancellation policy
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout. Some preorder items are eligible for a discount which will be applied at checkout. Your order will ship when the stock arrives.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Special Order
When you place a special order you are purchasing an item that is not in stock and will be sent for production once your order is placed. Full payment is collected at checkout and ship your order once production is complete.
You can cancel a special order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Limited Stock Item
When you purchase a limited stock item, you are purchasing an item that is not a part of our standard offering and may not be available again in the future.
You can cancel an order for a limited stock item that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
